rbr face #178 - a Colorado Cyclist
rbr face #179 - U.S. Postal Pro Cyclist. Cyclingnews.com photo from April, 2004 at Tour of Georgia (USA).
Mike's own webpage.
I first met Mike when he was a junior, in 1998 at Visalia, when he was asking for directions on how to ride to the race venue from the motel.
rbr face #180 - Benjo is RBR Historian emeritus extraordinaire.
Photo date: June, 2003 posing in his library, in the Netherlands.
Benjo writes, "[This is] my study. My wife thinks it's a mess, but she doesn't understand that there is a system in the chaos." [Word!]
rbr face #181 - Jeff is enigmatic, or rather mercurial. He's from Northern California.
rbr face #182 - Dan raced for 7Up in 2003 and HealthNet in 2004. Photo by Jeff Tse.

John has raced for many teams since 1995. In 2003 he was on the HealthNet team. I've ridden with John a couple times on training rides; I remember a couple good ones in Nevada and past Cheese Factory over to Marshall Wall in 1999-2000.
rbr face #184
Paul has raced for a variety of teams over the years, including Napa Velo Velo and Team Spine (out of San Rafael, CA).
In 2003 he raced with Rocknasium (a teammate of Dan Hopley). Here's another photo from San Rafael 2003 with Paul at the left just in front of a "struggling" Jonas Carney. Jonas pulled out of the SFGP (after 8 laps) which was held the next day.
rbr face #185
Curtis has a web page from Maryland, USA.
An excerpt, "...the multiuser path in Odenton is part of the National Greenway and is situated just to the North and West of Washington, DC. This is NOT just a local dead-end bike path."
rbr face #186
This photo is from the "Jay Challenge, 2003" MTB Race.
rbr face #187
Jiyang playing a piano concerto -- the Mozart Two Piano Concerto with the Ruby Mountain Symphony Orchestra in Elko, Nevada.
Jiyang wrote in 2003, "What's wrong with newbie questions? There are people out there who gain
knowledge in the cycling through asking questions. Are new cyclists not welcome to post here [in RBR]?" ;-)
rbr face #188 - AKA "Sierra Man", one of the most prolific RBR posters with a good knowledge of the ladies' cycling scene.
Sierraman 1,
Sierraman 2.
Bruce writes, "Sierraman climbing in the Sierras. Two of my favorite climbs, Tioga Pass and Sonora Pass
which I have done too many times to count. Claim to fame is some local races years ago and training rides with
local Cat-1,2 gang. Live at the base of 6,000 ft. monster climb which was my favorite, but Bayshore road
at Bass Lake is also another killer. Born to climb! It's in my blood!"
