4 percent JPG compression 12 percent JPG compression
Above: 4% at 101KB, 12% at 60KB
25 percent JPG compression 45 percent JPG compression
Above: 25% at 41KB, and 45% at 18KB. These two get really ugly (and worthless).

You get a smaller image filesize when you use larger JPG compressions percentages but the image quality starts seriously degrading at just over 20% then horrific results starting at 40%, as you can see.
